If you are looking for a great neighborhood in northeast Grapevine, look no further than Silver Lake Manor. This new home development is still under construction but is expected to contain around 255 homes upon completion. The first homes were constructed in 1999 and the typical lot size varies from .15 to .3 acre. This neighborhood is in the Grapevine-Colleyville Independent School District. The only known neighborhood amenity is a home owners association. The average sales price of recently sold homes at Silver Lake was $258,000 and the average house size is about 2300 square feet.

Walker Farms is a neighborhood located in west Grapevine. It is still under construction but is expected to contain about 25 homes upon completion. The first homes in the community were built in 2002. The typical lot size is around half an acre. This neighborhood is in the Grapevine-Colleyville Independent School District. One neighborhood amenity is a home owners association. According to recent statistics, the median sales price of a home in Walker Farms is $615,000 and the average house size is 4600 square feet.
