| Inwood at Lovers Real Estate Inwood at Lovers has some of the best shopping in Dallas, and it’s another upscale area that is popular with the well-to-do who live in the outskirts of town. Those who live in Preston Hollow, Park Cities, and other nearby neighborhoods frequent the area just for its shopping and dining. Inwood at Lovers is considered the bistro and boutique section of town, and has many different stores, restaurants, and cafes to choose from. The Inwood area has some very nice homes, but is better known for the commercial and retail tenants. It has some of the last Dallas real estate available for restaurant space, and has recently undergone a great deal of upgrading and renewal. Inwood also has installed beautiful new fountains and offers musical entertainment. Because of the recent renewal projects in Inwood at Lovers, many new tenants have moved in, giving shoppers a wide variety of choices.
