| Oak Lawn Real Estate Located just north of the downtown Dallas neighborhoods, Oak Lawn is well known for its contribution of fabulous upscale townhomes to the Dallas real estate market. Oak Lawn is one of the more affluent areas of Dallas, and is known for its wealthy urban lifestyle.
