Home price appreciation is based on month-over-month percentage change of the Home Price Index. The Home Price Index is calculated from home sales records.

Collin County/Dallas foreclosure activity is 0.10% lower than national statistics and 0.03% higher than Texas figures.

The number of Bank-owned homes dropped from 201 homes in August to 176 homes in September. Auctions increased from 271 in August to 303 in September.
