Josh Harley is the founder and President of Texas Home Central. He has an extensive background in Internet Technology and now specializes in Real Estate Technology, Sales and Consulting. Josh was raised in southeast Alaska which explains why he spends much of his time complaining about how hot Texas gets in the summer. He spent 6 years in the Marine Corps conducting military operations in Africa (Sierra Leone, Zaire, Congo)… and he thinks Texas is hot?

Sean Varin, Texas Mortgage Team
Sean is the co-founder of Texas Mortgage Team and a licensed loan officer in the state of Texas (TX License# 48511). He has been a resident of the Flower Mound and Lewisville area since 1982 and knows the area and the DFW home market intimately. Sean attended the University of North Texas but we wont hold that against him. If you can’t find Sean burning the midnight oil, he’ll be spending his free time with his family and friends or playing poker and riding motorcycles.
