From fishing contests to holiday parades, there is always something exciting happening in Flower Mound. The Parks and Recreation Department sponsors many such events, including a free summer concert series held in Parker Square. The town also sponsors daily activities such as story time for toddlers and game times for seniors.

For patrons of the arts, the Flower Mound Community Orchestras hosts many events throughout the year including concerts, children’s interactive concerts, and fundraising events. The Flower Mound Performing Arts Center also puts on several top-quality performances each season, and is home to Expressions Performing Arts School.
