This community is part of the Carroll Independent School District. Neighborhood amenities include, but are not limited to: a greenbelt and jogging path, a neighborhood lake/pond and a home owners association. The median sales price of recently sold homes in Laurelwood Park was $1,555,000. The average house size is a whopping 7600 square feet.
